This was my second attempt to turn a Sportster into a roadster, first one was quite "square". I wanted to design a more round and flowing tank.

Hand formed rear loop at rear of seat and light chromed braces on front mudguard emphasis the "classic" look.
Exhaust pipes were US aftermarket, short baffled reverse cone silencer was from my own as the air filter cover perforated as vintage pancake filter.
Handling and braking weren't forgotten, 16" and 19" rims were swapped for 18"aluminium rims and sport tyres, some works were made on the fork as well as on rear shocks 1.25 inch longer than stock. All mods combined vastly improved handling. Stock and heavy caliper was swapped for a four pistons calipers and floating disk.
